球鞋是正品吗？
全部商品来自品牌授权供应商渠道，支持第三方鉴定，假一赔十。商品均为全新带配件现货。
为什么同一款鞋不同尺码价格不同？
供货平台按尺码分别报价，各尺码供需不同。商品页每个尺码按钮显示该尺码的独立实价与库存，列表页显示的是该货号的起售价。
价格怎么算？可以用美元吗？
我们只收取 10% 服务费，美元售价按当日实时汇率换算。点击导航栏 ¥ CNY / $ USD 按钮即可整站切换币种。
中国客户怎么买？
中国客户支持支付宝、微信支付，人民币结算。下单时填写收货信息，客服确认运费后发货。
中国以外地区客户怎么买？可以直邮吗？
可以。支持信用卡/Apple Pay（Stripe）、PayPal、USDT（TRC20/ERC20），全球发货，运费按目的地报价。详见国际买家直邮指南。
下单后多久发货？
页面显示的尺码均为实时现货，下单即锁库存。销售团队在 24 小时内通过邮件确认运费与时效，支付完成后安排发货。国际包裹通常 5–15 个工作日送达。
关税谁付？
各国进口关税与进口环节税由收件人承担，我们如实申报品名与价值。下单前建议了解当地免税额度（如美国 USD 800、英国 GBP 135 以下通常无关税）。
尺码怎么选？偏大还是偏小？
参考商品页 US/EUR/UK 尺码对照表。多数 Nike 鞋款按正常尺码，脚背高或脚型偏宽建议大半码；完整品牌差异见球鞋尺码终极指南。
可以退换吗？
商品保持全新未穿、配件齐全可申请退换，具体规则见退换货政策。尺码问题建议下单前对照尺码表或咨询客服。
如何查询订单状态？
提交订单后会获得 SH- 开头的订单号，可在订单查询页输入订单号与下单邮箱查询状态。阶段 3 支付系统上线后将支持物流单号实时追踪。
Are the sneakers authentic?
Every pair comes from brand-authorized suppliers, supports third-party authentication, and is backed by our authenticity guarantee. All items are brand new with accessories.
Why do prices differ between sizes?
Suppliers price each size separately based on supply and demand. Every size button shows its own live price and stock; the list page shows the starting price for the style.
How is pricing calculated? Can I pay in USD?
We only charge a 10% service fee. USD prices are converted at the daily real-time exchange rate. Toggle ¥ CNY / $ USD in the navigation bar.
How do customers in China pay?
Customers in China can pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay in CNY. Enter your delivery details at checkout; our team confirms shipping before dispatch.
Can international customers order with direct shipping?
Yes. We accept card/Apple Pay (Stripe), PayPal and USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and ship worldwide with destination-based shipping quotes. See our international ordering guide.
When will my order ship?
All sizes shown are in stock and reserved on order. Our team confirms shipping cost and delivery time by email within 24 hours; dispatch follows payment. International delivery typically takes 5–15 business days.
Who pays customs duties?
Import duties and destination taxes are the recipient's responsibility; we declare contents and values truthfully. Check your local de minimis threshold (e.g. USD 800 in the US, GBP 135 in the UK).
How do I choose my size?
Use the US/EUR/UK conversion table on each product page. Most Nike styles fit true to size; high-instep or wide feet should consider half a size up. See the sneaker size guide for brand differences.
Can I return or exchange?
Unworn items with all accessories are eligible — see our returns policy. For sizing, check the conversion table or contact us before ordering.
How do I track my order?
After submitting your order you receive an SH- order number. Check status on the order tracking page with your order number and email. Real-time courier tracking arrives with the payment system in phase 3.
