现货与发货时效
商品页显示的尺码均为实时现货。支付完成后锁定库存，一般 1–3 个工作日内发出；销售团队会在下单后 24 小时内通过邮件确认运费与预计时效。
运费分区参考
结算时按收货国家自动匹配以下分区一口价（人民币），美元按当日汇率换算；具体以结算页 / 订单确认邮件为准。

国际直邮
- 覆盖全球主要国家和地区，使用可追踪的国际快递或专线物流；
- 参考时效：北美/欧洲 7–15 个工作日，东南亚 5–10 个工作日，以海关清关速度为准；
- 运费按目的地国家、重量与渠道报价，在订单确认邮件中列明；
- 包裹全程可追踪，物流单号在发出后通过邮件提供（阶段 3 系统上线后可在订单查询页实时查看）。
关税与进口税费
国际包裹的进口关税、增值税及清关费用由收件人承担。我们按实际品名与价值如实申报。下单前建议了解目的地免税额度（如美国 USD 800、英国 GBP 135 以下通常免征关税），税费政策以当地海关规定为准。
包裹签收
请在签收时检查外包装；如包裹破损请拍照留存并尽快联系客服。建议由本人或可信地址签收，转运/集运地址的丢件风险需自行评估。

International Direct Shipping
- We ship to most countries and regions via trackable international express or dedicated lines;
- Reference transit: 7–15 business days for North America/Europe, 5–10 for Southeast Asia, subject to customs clearance;
- Shipping is quoted by destination country, weight and channel, and listed in your order confirmation email;
- Parcels are fully trackable; tracking numbers are sent by email on dispatch (real-time tracking on the order page arrives with the phase 3 system).
Duties and Import Taxes
Import duties, VAT and customs fees for international parcels are the recipient's responsibility. We declare truthful contents and values. Check your destination's de minimis threshold before ordering (e.g. USD 800 in the US, GBP 135 in the UK); local customs rules apply.
Receiving Your Parcel
Please inspect packaging on delivery; take photos of any damage and contact us promptly. We recommend delivery to yourself or a trusted address — loss risk at freight-forwarding addresses is on the buyer.
